Our payment system is designed to securely process your appraisal fee payment. Please follow the easy steps below and on the next page. THE ONLY FIELDS REQUIRED ARE THE AMOUNT, AND YOUR CORRECT CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS. Don't worry about invoice number, etc. Call us at 888-603-6327 if you have any questions.

The Metro Partners, LLC has set up this payment system to better serve you. Our system does not store your credit card info, so that once you're done making the payment, we do not have access to your personal info. The payment processing system operates through Authorize.net (www.authorize.net), and further information regarding their security methods can be found on their web site.

The payment will show up on your credit card statement as "The Metro Partners". Note that by Federal law, promulgated by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, the appraisal fee cannot be a contingency of the appraised value, the making of a loan, or any other outcome other than the provision of the appraisal service. Once we have inspected your property and/or completed field work in relation to your appraisal, the appraisal fee is considered to be payable. If you get turned down for your loan, or otherwise if the outcome of the lending actions relative to the appraisal are not as you expect, and the appraisal service has already been rendered, the fee is not refundable.

Orders cancelled prior to commencement of the appraisal service may require a 3% service fee to cover payment processing costs.

The payment of the appraisal fee by the homeowner does not establish a client relationship for the purpose of the appraisal and compliance with USPAP. The lender may instruct the homeowner to pay for the processing of the appraisal service directly to the appraisal company. However, this should not be construed as establishment of a client relationship, as that relationship is established between the lender/client and the appraiser. The lender is expected to, and in many cases and jurisdictions, required to furnish a copy of the appraisal report to the homeowner. METRO may furnish a copy of the report as a courtesy to the homeowner and and the client if such is requested or if for some reason the client is unable to furnish a copy to the homeowner. The report will be emailed only, in PDF format.

By checking the box you agree to these conditions and waive any chargeback pursued due to the failure of the lender to make the loan or any dissatisfaction on the part of any party, with the outcome of the appraisal, the appraised value, or the results of the reporting of any information included in the appraisal report. Upon payment of the appraisal fee you authorize us to complete the appraisal, and upon completion of the appraisal service in its entirety, you are entitled to a written appraisal report.
