If the lender requires a
2055/driver by, it is often
wise to order a full appraisal
if value is an issue, so the
homeowner can get full credit
for any upgrades.
The 2075 form does not render
a value so if that is required, it
is just an inspection and not an
appraisal. We do 2075's all the
time but sometimes they are
ordered by mistake.
While an appraiser may not
'readdress' an appraisal, there is
no requirement for a 'release' by
one lender, for the appraiser to
appraise the same property for
